Classes available through video programming and by instructor-led classes. Tai Chi and Yoga are wonderful for increasing strength, coordination, improving balance and enhancing mental acuity. The Chair Dance program is designed to improve circulation and address joint range of motion and overall flexibility.
Specialty class offerings include yoga-based Stretch & Flex, our Better Balance program to improve balance and posture, and Core Mat classes specifically targeting the muscles of the trunk.
