Many high quality services and important conveniences are included in your monthly fee. Optional services are also available, including meals and housekeeping packages. Meals are available in different venues including the Mountain View Dining Room on a regular basis or, spur of the moment for visiting family or friends. Private catering can be arranged for larger special events. A variety of meal plans are offered and the choice is always yours. Another popular option is housekeeping services which may be arranged to relieve you of this chore.

In Residential Living at Hillcrest, we provide your utilities (except telephone and expanded cable television viewing), maintenance and repair on your home, expert groundskeeping, 24-hour security, emergency call service, social and recreational activities and a progressive wellness program. You can choose the contract option for the financial plan that suits your needs best.

Some accommodations have assigned parking in the form of a garage, carport or a parking space. In these cases this accommodation is included in the monthly fee. Not all units at Hillcrest have an assigned garage or carport. The Marketing Office coordinates available spaces for those residents whose contract did not include a parking space or for those residents that would like additional parking space.
