Pinecrest offers Residential Living in one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom residences. The first floor units have exterior patios and while the second-floor units have balconies. Pinecrest is adjacent to our state-of-the-art Aquatic and Fitness Center and our Village Center Meeting House scheduled for completion by November 2005.

Common areas include a beautiful lobby and a multi-purpose room on each floor. The multi-purpose rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities and can accommodate approximately 20 people for small group meetings or parties. In addition to elevator service there are two strategically placed stairways.

Each residential unit is fully equipped with appliances including laundry facilities.
