Hillcrest's Master Plan includes the development of a new community center, called the Village Center Meeting House. The Meeting House is the center for the entire campus. The first floor of the Meeting House includes a meeting facility for residents, dining venues, well stocked library, gift shop and other resident amenities. It also enables Hillcrest to consolidate administrative offices. The second story the Meeting House features "The Lofts": one three-bedroom, two-bath, and nine two-bedroom, two-bath residential living apartments.

The meeting facility, featuring a two-screen audio-visual system, encompasses over 5,800 square feet of space that can be subdivided into three separate rooms. The full area will accommodate over 400 guests for meetings and over 250 guests for banquets. The Village Center is located at 2705 Mountain View Drive.
