In Birch Court we offer Residential Living with Services and Assisted Living Services which facilitates aging-in-place. This 34-unit facility includes 14 studio apartments and 20 one-bedroom units. Birch Court includes two country kitchens, one located on each floor for resident use, two resident spas, one located on each floor for resident use and two living rooms for resident use. In addition, laundry services are available in two common laundry rooms-one on each floor for the benefit of Birch Court residents.
In addition to elevator service there are three strategically placed stairways. On the second floor there is a balcony that overlooks the Maury Smeltzer Lounge and provides space for resident activities. Birch Court has access to an exterior courtyard, a patio, and a balcony, overlooking the courtyard.
The building also includes a beauty shop and a conference room located on the first floor for the use of all Hillcrest residents
